Learn To Play an Instrument

Making music together with friends locally, with an exceptional and inspiring teacher, gives students a new outlet for expression and a boost in cognitive development.

Weekly Classes

Students learn Suzuki-method violin or piano with their parent(s)’ help in a fun, group setting.  A unique class website contains all class materials.

Concerts

Students perform twice per year in the full group, and are given extra performance  opportunities during class and in the community.

Private Lessons

Dr. LaMarre has limited space for private students, but does accept them on a case-by-case basis.  Online duo-lessons, with an in-person friend, are a fun and popular option.

“Teaching music is not my main purpose. I want to make good citizens. If children hear fine music from the day of their birth and learn to play it, they develop sensitivity, discipline and endurance. They get a beautiful heart.”
